When will my box be shipped?
Subscriptions: If your recurring payment date is after the 16th, your box will be shipped at the beginning of the following month. If your recurring payment date falls between 1st-16th, your box will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment.
One-off orders: We aim for same day shipping with non-subscription item orders, though please allow up to 2 business days after your order has been placed.
Once shipped, UK orders should be delivered within 2-3 business days. You'll be emailed a link to track your parcel once it has shipped.
How do I change/cancel my subscription?
Click the “Manage Subscription” link in your confirmation or renewal email.
Log in to your account (if you created one at checkout)*.
Select your current subscription and choose a new delivery frequency or cancellation option.
Save your changes - your next box will follow the updated schedule!
Don’t see the email? Check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
*Didn’t create an account? No problem! Just use the “Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation email.
How much is shipping?
We are a small business and mostly ship within the UK. Postage for subscription boxes to a UK address is £3.65. All orders are sent by a Royal Mail 48 tracked service.
Shipping to the USA is £20.20 sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and needs to be arranged via email. We can ship worldwide. Please visit our Shipping Info page for more information.
Are the snacks suitable for vegans?
Yes! All our edible treats are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. As they are outsourced, we cannot guarantee they are free from allergens. Do read the snack labels before consumption.
Can I return my order?
Typically, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Every box is hand-packed with love and pickles, though we understand that sometimes products might not live up to our expectations for reasons outside of our control. Please email hello@teachertreatbox.co.uk so we can try to help arrange replacement(s).
