UK shipping

We are a small business and mostly ship within the UK. Postage for subscription boxes to a UK address is £3.55. All orders are sent by a Royal Mail 48 tracked service. You'll be emailed a link to track your parcel once it has shipped.

Monthly plan: Shipping at the beginning of each month.

Every 2 months plan: Boxes are shipped at the beginning of August, October, December, February, April and June.

One-off purchase: 1-2 business days.

Once shipped, they should be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Worldwide shipping

We do ship to the USA as part of our USA Subscription. We ship two boxes in one package to keep costs down as much as possible. Shipping is £20.20 sent by Royal Mail International Tracked.

Damaged or faulty goods

Every box is hand-packed with love, though we understand that sometimes products might not live up to our expectations for reasons outside of our control. Please email hello@teachertreatbox.co.uk so we can try to help arrange replacement(s).
